Tyler Tolbert
Tyler is the owner of Parties by Design.She was born in Columbus, Georgia. Founded this company in 1999 and has made many achievements in doing so. She has dreamed to become the owner of a party business. When she was in her twenties she decided to finaly open her own party business and worked from there. She is a good cook and even does some of the cooking in the catering part. She provides an environment in which people can enjoy and makes sure if there is a problem she is on it right away. She will make sure to be on time and have everything ready at the time it needs to be done.
